Annual Conference 2021

The viral pandemic has challenged the land use system to create safe sites and buildings to protect the public health and stabilize neighborhoods. Furthermore, the pandemic has exacerbated three other dynamic forces that equally threaten public health: climate change and resiliency, housing insecurity, and racial discrimination. The conference will explore how to meet the growing challenge of these “pandemics” through land use policy and regulation innovation
