Newsletters
Over the years, the Land Use Law Center has produced many newsletters, some under the title “Gaining Ground Newsletter”, some as the “TOD Line Newsletter”, and some simply as “Land Use Law Center Newsletter”. Regardless of the name, our newsletters contain information and resources designed to help communities achieve a sustainable future. Sometimes they are intended as updates of Land Use Law Center activities, but most often they are created to address the needs of local officials, planners, engineers, attorneys, developers, and concerned citizens. Our Newsletters typically feature:
- Community profiles of leaders in the Hudson Valley region
- New York case law updates
- Land use innovations and successes from across the country
- Helpful resources
- Updates on the research, publications, events, and municipal assistance programs of the Land Use Law Center and Kheel Center of Pace Law School
