Event Planning at Haub Law

Please note: COVID guidelines may impact in-person events on the Law School campus. Please contact Renee Brown-Cheng for guidance.
Throughout the course of the year, Haub Law hosts a wide array of events for the law community and the broader community - from small, intimate gatherings to multi-day symposia and international lectures. View our events calendar for a list of upcoming events.
The Law School will consider space rentals for outside law, business, government or community-related events on a case-by-case basis and these events are subject to space rental and support services fees. Private weddings and related events will not be considered. Please direct inquiries to Renee Brown-Cheng.

Available Spaces

Haub Law is home to a courtroom, several lecture halls and classrooms, intimate conference rooms, and a meeting hall with the flexibility for lectures and banquets. The Robert B. Fleming Moot Courtroom in the Joseph and Bessie Gerber Glass Law Center holds up to 197 people and is ideal for lectures and symposia. Preston Hall’s Tudor Room, with its historic details and molding, holds 160 seated and 225 standing, making it an excellent choice for dinners and receptions. With wireless access, our conference rooms and classrooms can accommodate up to 99 people for your meetings, workshops, and colloquia.
Space Reservations
Haub Law faculty and staff can book events, both in-person and virtual, through 25Live, Pace University’s event scheduling system. 25Live allows you to view available spaces and dates, make a request for a room reservation, and submit a ticket for Ed Media services, Catering, Facilities and Security all in one place. The system also automatically publishes all public-facing events to our website for promotion. For this reason, and to avoid overbooking, even virtual events, off-site events and important meetings that are not public-facing must still be reserved through 25Live.
All tickets for EdMedia, Catering, Facilities and Security must be created in 25Live. If you require food for your event please submit a Chartwells purchase order form before booking your event online. Form(s) must be submitted at least 14 days before the actual event.
If you need assistance scheduling your event in 25Live contact Renee Brown-Cheng. All student events must be vetted and submitted through the Office of Student & Campus Affairs.
The Law School will consider space rentals for outside law, business, government or community-related events on a case-by-case basis and these events are subject to space rental and support services fees. Private weddings and related events will not be considered. Please direct inquiries to Renee Brown-Cheng.
