Annual Conference 2023

The Land Use Law Center is pleased to announce the 22nd annual Alfred B. DelBello Land Use and Sustainable Development Conference. Scheduled for December 7-8, 2023, this year’s conference theme is Balancing Economic Realities with Environmental and Social Concerns.

As in previous years, the Land Use Law Center has been working on developing a conference program that will showcase innovative best practices in land use and sustainable development.

Additional highlights of the conference include:

  • On Thursday, December 7th, the Center will be hosting  the Founders Award Dinner.
  • Featured sessions on comprehensive and environmental plans and tools, affordable green housing, takings law and case updates, ethics in law and planning, resiliency and energy and so much more.
  • 30th Anniversary Celebration Reception.
