Professor Bridget Crawford Convenes “Feminist Judgments” Workshop in Spain

On May 11 and 12, Professor Bridget Crawford is convening a workshop on “Feminist Judgments: Comparative Socio-Legal Perspectives on Judicial Decision Making and Gender Justice” at the Onati International Institute for the Sociology of Law in Spain.
Professor Crawford is convening the workshop along with Kathryn M. Stanchi and Linda L. Berger, who joined her in co-editing the book “Feminist Judgments: Rewritten Opinions of the United States Supreme Court.”
This is the first-ever gathering of representatives of all of the international “Feminist Judgments” projects and includes scholars from Scotland, India, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Canada and the U.S. An edited volume of essays is expected to come out of the conference.
