Roberta S. Goodman, Esq. is a part-time senior staff attorney in the Elder Justice Unit with the Pace Women’s Justice Center, providing representation for elder abuse victims. Additionally, she advocates and educates on behalf of elder abuse victims in a broad range of matters, including financial exploitation, family court orders of protection for incidents involving domestic abuse, voluntary guardianships, and negotiation of legal resolutions involving abusive living situations. She is a member of the Westchester County Elder Abuse Multidisciplinary Team, the Westchester Mental Health Geriatric Care Collaborative, the New York State, and Westchester County Bar Associations Trusts and Estates and Elder Law Sections. Ms. Goodman is a former President and founding member of the New York City Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
