Karen E. Lanci, Esq.

Karen Lanci has been a volunteer attorney at the Walk-In Clinic at the Pace Women’s Justice Center since it opened in 2018 and became a full-time Staff Attorney at the Walk-In-Clinic in January 2019.  In this position, she helps administer the Clinic, including through client consultations, community outreach and volunteer attorney management.  Prior to joining PWJC, Ms. Lanci was a Board member and Program chair at the High Water Women Foundation, a non-profit focused on the empowerment of women and children.  She spent over 10 years early in her legal career as a corporate lawyer at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP, where her practice was primarily transactional.  Ms. Lanci received a BS from Stony Brook University and her Juris Doctorate from New York University School of Law.
