An information session about Spring 2022 offerings, including Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic, was held on 10/27.  You can watch the recording here.

PELC interns will be responsible for all aspects of ongoing or potential environmental cases on behalf of not-for-profit environmental groups such as Riverkeeper, NRDC, and small local advocacy groups. Interns will counsel clients about the cases and legal strategy, draft complaints, motions and memoranda of law as needed, and, when necessary, appear in New York state court.
