Student Organization Event

This Student Organization Event Proposal Form is for utilization by student organizations that fall under the Student Bar Association (SBA). This Student Organization Event Proposal Form must be completed and submitted at least three (3) weeks prior to the requested meeting date. Subsequent to your submission of this Student Organization Event Proposal Form, the Office of Student and Campus Affairs will email the student contact name/email provided below with the confirmed meeting date/time and room.
