Professor Rosenblum Discusses Diversity on Corporate Boards

Professor DarrenRosenblum speaks to reporter Erika Beras at Marketplace about the "Rooney Rule" which requires companies to interview at least one minority candidate for top jobs. Professor Rosenblum belives that "these  rules can go further." In France & Norway for example, the threshold is  is 40%.
