Professor Nick Robinson gave the keynote address on the Charter of the Forest at the 2018 J.B. & Maurice C. Shapiro Environmental Law Symposium, which focused on The Public Trust Doctrine. The Symposium, held in in Washington, D.C., was hosted by The George Washington University Law School, the Journal of Energy and Environmental Law, GW Environmental & Energy Law Association, and the Environmental Law Institute.
