Professor Jill Gross participated in the Fall 2016 Neutral Workshop produced by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
The series is designed to provide practicing arbitrators and mediators with the latest information pertaining to the FINRA dispute resolution program. This latest edition focused on best practice tips for chairpersons and includes such topics as managing pending motions and scheduling hearings.
