Professor Fishman Speaks with “The Washington Post” about the Trump Foundation

As part of its coverage of the investigation into the Donald J. Trump Foundation,James Fishman “The Washington Post” interviewed Professor Jim Fishman, an expert in non-profit law.
New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman contends the foundation has not obtained the proper certificates that would allow it to legally solicit donations.
“You wouldn’t expect somebody who’s supposed to be sophisticated, and brags about his business prowess, would run his foundation like this,” Professor Fishman is quoted as saying.
