Louis V. Fasulo 1L Moot Court Competition
Students recently competed in the Louis V. Fasulo 1L Moot Court Competition. The students were judged from a seasoned group of judges including Haub Law alumni, local attorneys, and judges. The Competition, directed by Advocacy Director Louis V. Fasulo, was a huge success. The Competition was administered seamlessly on a virtual zoom format by the new 2021-2022 Advocacy Honor Board. The student advocates were challenged on their brief and argued persuasively through five intense rounds. Congratulations to the students on their performance and thank you to Themis for sponsoring the 1L competition.
Advocacy Director, Professor Louis V. Fasulo notes, "The student advocates exceeded expectations in the persuasion of their arguments and the breath of their knowledge. Our judging panel was impressed and it manifested itself in a very fierce and close competition. The competitors, faculty and Moot Court Honor Board all rose to the challenge of our Virtual Moot Court Competition."
