United States District Court

Judge Lisa M. Smith, United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of New York will hold court in the Elisabeth Haub School of Law Moot Courtroom on November 19^th beginning at noon to hear argument on a summary judgment motion in Cambria v Costco, a case pending before her.  This will be an official sitting of the United States District Court which will be open to students and the public.  Pursuant to the rules of the Southern District of New York, cell phones and other electronic devices will not be permitted in the moot courtroom during this session.
