Professor Paula Collins has established herself as a “go-to” expert in the area of cannabis law, with particular focus on cannabis tax and licensing. She has assisted entrepreneurs with making the legacy to legal transition in cannabis. She also represents clients in administrative hearings before the Office of Cannabis Management. Additionally, Professor Collins holds the IRS credential, Enrolled Agent, which qualifies her to represent tax clients in all 50 states. She is admitted to practice in all federal districts in New York and New Jersey, and before the U.S. Tax Court.
