Professor Angley is a senior staff attorney in the Elder Unit at Legal Services of the Hudson Valley (LSHV) and the adjunct director of the Equal Justice America Disability Rights Clinic for the spring 2022 semester. She represents low and moderate income seniors and disabled persons in eviction prevention, government benefits disputes, including Medicaid, advance planning and health planning. Previously at LSHV, she represented victims of domestic violence and cancer patients and participated in the medical-legal partnership with White Plains Hospital. In 2008, she earned a certificate from the New Directions Program at Pace University School of Law and in 2014, she completed the Healthcare Management Certificate in Palliative Care at Fordham University Graduate School of Business Administration. She is a member of the NYSBA Elder and Special Needs Section, the Westchester County Bar Association and the Westchester Women’s Bar Association. Her article on “Resolving Conflicts among Multiple Surrogates under the Family Health Care Decisions Act” has been published in the NYSBA Elder and Special Needs Law Journal.
