Kristina Cohn

Education

Professor Cohn teaches Advanced Appellate Advocacy.  After graduating from Brooklyn Law School in 2003, Professor Cohn was a labor and employment associate at a union-side labor law firm where she represented clients before the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Labor, and federal and state courts. Since 2005, Professor Cohn has served as Assistant Regional Counsel at the Social Security Administration. Professor Cohn has written numerous federal court briefs and presented oral argument in federal district courts and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
