John C. Lettera

John C. Lettera, has over 13 years of legal experience. From 1999 to 2005, John was a Associate at the law firm of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP, where he represented public and private clients in a range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, restructurings, going-private transactions and leveraged buyouts, equity and debt financings, DIP financing, creditor committee representation and structuring private equity funds.

John subsequently founded and acted as counsel for an investment and asset management company specializing in investment opportunities in real estate, debt products, structured finance and asset-based lending. John has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate including structuring and closing complex transactions.

In 2011, John co-founded the LMA Law Group LLP, a leading transactional and litigation law firm representing owners, general contractors, subcontractors, lending institutions, sureties, engineers and developers.
