Barry Rickert is a Principal at PwC with more than 13 years of experience across several practice areas including corporate tax, tax accounting, international tax, legislative and regulatory services and transfer pricing. He has worked with large multinational public and private companies across various industries on tax accounting, U.S. federal, state, and international compliance and planning, as well as significant international restructurings and divestitures.
Barry spent two years in PwC's Washington National Tax Services (WNTS) practice, completing rotations in the transfer pricing, legislative & regulatory and international tax groups He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Villanova University and his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. Barry also completed his L.L.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. Barry is a licensed attorney in Connecticut and New York.
