Professor Anton Pribysh is a public defender currently practicing in the Bronx with the Criminal Defense Practice of the Legal Aid Society. He has represented indigent clients in New York for over a decade and is experienced in every aspect of felony and misdemeanor trial practice, including jury trials, bench trials, and suppression hearings. At the Legal Aid Society, Professor Pribysh serves as a mentor to junior attorneys and has led trainings for new attorneys as well as law students.

Previous to his career as a public defender, Professor Pribysh was an associate with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld in Washington, DC, where his practice involved government investigations, litigation, and immigration law. He received his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he served as Co-Executive Director of the Prison Legal Assistance Project.
