Alison Simon

Education

Alison Simon is the Town Clerk of North Castle New York and is the President of the Westchester Putnam Town and City Clerks Association. As an elected Town officer, Ms. Simon has worked extensively in Municipal Law including the Open Meetings Law, Freedom of Information Law, Election Law and Land Use and Zoning requirements. In her role as Town Clerk, Ms. Simon serves as the Records Management Officer and Vital Records Officer of the Town, and serves as liaison to the Westchester County Board of Elections. The Clerk’s Office is the center of communication between Town officials, Boards and Committees and Town residents. In this position Ms. Simon continuously prioritizes improvements in communications and access to Town Government.

Ms. Simon teaches Municipal Law and Metropolitan Government at Haub Law.
