Students accepted into this program will be placed at a law firm or a corporate legal department in in the metropolitan New York area. Students will be exposed to the various aspects of law firm practice and learn the unique lawyering skills and substantive knowledge for practice in real estate law. Students will work between 8 and 12 hours per week at a firm and attend a weekly seminar. Each student will produce a major piece of writing and keep a weekly journal. Pre- or co-requisite: Real Estate Transactions & Finance.
