Environmental Law Seminar: Environmental Rights

This course examines the evolution and implementation of international, regional, and domestic legal means for advancing environmental rights, including human rights and the environment; whether to adopt international environmental rights; constitutional instantiation of environmental rights, including a right to a healthy environment; and cross-cutting issues, such as a rights to dignity and a stable climate, and of nature.
