CLE Programming

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is pleased to offer Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs throughout the year.  Our mission is to provide training to practicing attorneys with the goal that they will be better able to serve their clients and communities. We strive to provide quality and meaningful continuing legal education taught by Haub Law faculty and experts in the field of law.

We also partner with the Westchester County Bar Association (WCBA) for Continuing Legal Education programming, which provides reduced fees for Pace Law alumni.  A full schedule of WCBA CLEs can be found here:

Financial Hardship Policy

The Elisabeth Haub School of Law Center for Continuing Legal Education will consider reduced CLE tuition and/or waiver of program fees for individual Pace sponsored CLE live/webcast programs, upon receipt of the completed application by the attorney requesting the reduction or waiver.

Reduced tuition is available for attorneys with annual personal incomes of $50,000 or less in accordance with the sliding scale below, and fee waivers are available for unemployed attorneys:

Annual Personal Income - Unemployed Attorney
Amount of Reduced Tuition - Full Tuition Scholarship

Annual Personal Income - Attorney Income up to $35,000
Amount of Reduced Tuition - 75% Discount

Annual Personal Income - Attorney Income $35,000 to $50,000
Amount of Reduced Tuition - 50% Discount

Annual Personal Income - Attorney Income above $50,000
Amount of Reduced Tuition - No Discount

In addition, fee reductions and/or fee waivers are available for attorneys in public service.

All requests for reduced or waived tuition will be kept confidential and all such determinations shall be made on a case-by-case basis.

The application for individual programs requesting reduced or waived tuition must be submitted to Debra M. Burg, at least two weeks prior to the CLE program.
