Raise the Age in New York: Everything You Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask

The presenters will provide an overview of the newly implemented legislation and issues concerning detentions, designated felonies, removals/transfers, Article 10 placements, and the Assistance Program (KinGap).

This program pending CLE credit for newly admitted and experienced attorneys, and attendees will receive 2.0 New York Professional Practice credits.

This program is free and limited to Pace Law School alumni and attorneys from the Westchester County Attorney’s Office.
