Off-Campus Housing

Students choosing to live off-campus will need to secure their accommodations independently. There are many off-campus housing opportunities within walking distance of our campus. Students who desire to live outside the White Plains area but who do not have access to a motor vehicle may wish to consider towns on the Metro-North Harlem train line, as they connect easily to White Plains.

As a service to our students, Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University permits local landlords and homeowners to post their rental listings on a designated bulletin board in the Student Lounge. Please note that this is done so with the understanding and agreement that Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University is not engaged in rendering professional real estate services by allowing these postings. Transmission of the information and material herein is not intended to create, and receipt does not constitute, an agreement to create realtor-client relationship with Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University or any member thereof. Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University does not offer opinions on the quality of these options, but is merely acting as a conduit for information.

Upon admittance, all students receive an invitation to join the Facebook group for their class. Incoming first-year students are welcome and encouraged to utilize this Facebook group to connect with their classmates about sharing an off-campus apartment.
