Hon. Philip M. Halpern Visits Haub Law

Haub Law students received a special visit from Judge Philip M. Halpern, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, who is also a Law School Alum and former adjunct professor. Judge Halpern joined Professor Michael Mushlin’s civil procedure class to offer his perspective of the role of civil procedure in the practice of law from his four decades of experience as a practicing lawyer and as a sitting federal judge.
