Thomas R. Lalla Jr. is the General Counsel of Pernod Ricard USA, a position that he has held for the past 16 years. He also holds the position of Vice President – Administration and Legal Affairs of the Company and acts as the General Counsel of Pernod Ricard Americas. Pernod Ricard USA is the U.S. subsidiary of Pernod Ricard, the second largest producer and distributor of wines and spirits. He is a director of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and the Westchester-Fairfield Division of the American Corporate Counsel Association. He is a member of the Legal Committee of the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) and the Board of Visitors of Pace University School of Law. Prior to joining Pernod Ricard USA, Mr. Lalla was a partner at the firm of Buchman & O'Brien. Mr. Lalla managed this firm from 1986 to 1991. Mr. Lalla was also employed as an Assistant District Attorney for Westchester County New York from 1975 to 1981.
