Effective cybersecurity is now an ethical requirement for attorneys, yet many lawyers don’t know where to start. Cybersecurity is also a legal or regulatory requirement for many businesses, which means the lawyers who advise them need to know about it. Cybercrime threatens everyone professionally and personally, as recent events clearly show.  Ethical, professional, and personal responsibilities mean that effective cybersecurity is no longer just for experts.  This CLE is for prospective lawyers and lawyers with any level of technical knowledge or skill.

Speakers
