Jenna Khoury-Hanna

Jenna Khoury-Hanna is the second Food Law Fellow to join the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She is also pursuing an LL.M in Environmental Law, with a specialization in Land Use and Sustainable Development Law. Jenna received her J.D. from the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. She has had a longstanding interest in the area of Food Law, helping execute Canada’s first Food Law conference, which took place at Dalhousie University in 2016. In 2019, Jenna was awarded the Gowling WLG – Joel Taller Prize for Emerging Voices in Food for a presentation on the use of restrictive covenants by grocery stores in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the 2019 Canadian Association for Food Law and Policy Conference. Most recently, Jenna completed articling in-house with the City of Thunder Bay in Northwestern Ontario. During her time at Pace, Jenna is supporting the Food and Beverage Law Clinic and the Pace-NRDC Food Law Initiative.
