Congratulations to Haub Law student Frederick A. McDonald who placed first in the New York State Bar Association William R. Ginsberg Memorial Essay Contest, for his outstanding piece on PFAS, “Omnipresent Chemicals: TSCA Preemption in the Wake of PFAS Contamination."

Additionally, congratulations to our 2019 graduate Ian Curry for tying for third place in the New York State Bar Association William R. Ginsberg Memorial Essay Contest for his paper entitled, “The Green New Deal Must Preserve the Existing Nuclear Fleet.”
