Raise the Age in New York: Everything You Wanted to Know, but Were Afraid to Ask

The presenters will provide an overview of the newly implemented legislation and issues concerning detentions, designated felonies, removals/transfers, Article 10 placements, and the Assistance Program (KinGap).
This program pending CLE credit for newly admitted and experienced attorneys, and attendees will receive 2.0 New York Professional Practice credits.
