Alumni Voices is a series dedicated to spotlighting Pace alumni, sharing their stories and providing a little bit of hope during a difficult time. Tune in to hear the inspiring story of Richard Austin ESQ class of 1995.

Each of us will and have taken a different path to success. Along the way, you’ll encounter choices and possible roadblocks to overcome. Join us for a lunchtime conversation with Richard Austin as he shares his non-traditional path to success. Richard overcame a life changing accident and a complete career change before putting his life into perspective and landing comfortably in his current position.

After an accident left him in a devastating coma, alumnus Richard Austin ’95 made a full recovery, and made a change. Join us to hear about his journey from the homicide bureau of the District Attorney’s office, to private practice, and eventually, into the world of for-profit business. Richard’s story is a shining example of how our alumni use their degrees to create new chapters and pave their own personal Pace Path to success.
