Professor Krikorian has taught Business Associations: Corporations, Partnerships, and LLCs, Antitrust Law, and Drafting Legal Documents at Pace Law School. She has served as in-house counsel and then General Counsel for 10 years for a nationwide direct marketing firm, responsible for all aspects of the company's legal compliance and business planning, including corporate governance and choice-of-entity issues, drafting, review, and approval of all contracts, employment and human resources matters, advertising and regulatory inquiries and compliance, sales and telemarketing compliance, and intellectual property filings and litigation.  Prior to serving as in-house counsel, Prof. Krikorian practiced extensively as an Associate in the corporate, commercial, and tax departments of Downs, Rachlin & Martin (Burlington, Vermont), Piper & Marbury (DLA Piper, Washington, DC), and Day, Berry & Howard (Stamford, CT). She has won numerous academic awards, honors, and distinctions, and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Vermont Law Review.
