Kristen Pennessi is an associate of the law firm of McCarthy Fingar, L.L.P. in White Plains, N.Y. and concentrates her practice in matrimonial law.  Ms. Pennessi is the recipient of the New York Super Lawyers Rising Star.  She is also a trained mediator and collaborative lawyer.  Ms. Pennessi is an Adjunct Law Professor at Pace Law School, teaching Matrimonial Law Practice.  She is a graduate of Pace Law School ('08, cum laude) where she was the Submissions and Symposia Editor of the Pace International Law Review. 

Ms. Donelli is a member of the Westchester Women’s Bar Association, White Plains Bar Association, New York State Bar Association  and New York Association of Collaborative Lawyers. 

Ms. Pennessi's reported cases in the area of matrimonial law include:  Mitarotonda v. Mitarotonda, 171 A.D.3d 1040, (2d Dept.2019); McNichol v. Reid, 176 A.D.3d 713 (2d Dept. 2019); Isichenko v.
