Kerriann Stout is a founding partner of Darian Stout, LLP. She specializes in immigration law and is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey

She joined Pace Law School as an adjunct professor in the fall of 2014. 

Kerriann graduated cum laude from Pace Law School in 2013.  While a student at Pace, she received the Josephine and Anthony DiFiore Memorial Scholarship, was a member of the St. John’s Peter James Johnson National Civil Rights Competition and the Young Texas Lawyers Association National Trial Competition teams, served as the president of the Italian American Law Students Organization and the secretary of the Student Bar Association and worked as a Dean's Scholar.  Kerriann was also awarded the Extraordinary Pro Bono Justice Award for completing over 250 hours of pro bono service as a law student. After graduation Kerriann spent one year as a fellow at the Pace Community Law Practice prior to founding her law firm with fellow Pace grad Pouyan Darian in August 2014.
