Kate Rhodes Janofsky is a litigation attorney in New York.  Her experience includes more than eight years of complex commercial litigation and white-collar defense work as an associate with a major Manhattan law firm.  Most recently, she was Counsel in the litigation group of a mid-size law firm where she led several state and federal matters.  Kate is committed to training new attorneys and joined Pace Law School as an adjunct professor in 2021.  She teaches Legal Skills, Drafting Legal Documents, and an Electronic Discovery seminar.  Kate earned juris doctor degrees from both New York University School of Law and Osgoode Hall Law School as part of the schools' dual US/Canadian law degree program.
