Professor Montanile is a partner of the Manhattan based firm of Hausner & Montanile, PLLC.  Montanile specializes in the representation of plaintiffs who have been catastrophically injured.  His practice includes products liability, medical malpractice, automobile accidents, construction accidents and other negligence cases.  Early in his career Professor Montanile defended product manufacturers, primarily automobile manufacturers in products liability lawsuits.

 Professor Montanile has served on the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s Tort Litigation and Products Liability Committees.  His publications include:  Co-Author, Opposing the proposed Federal Medical Malpractice Reform Legislation.  The record Vol. 60 (2) 2005, 397-406, the committee on Tort Litigation for the City Bar Association of New York and Bernard Goetz As A Group-Fantasy Object, The Journal of Psychohistory, Vo. 14(1), 1986, 55-63.
