After graduating from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at The College of William and Mary in 1992, where she was a member of the William and Mary Law Review, Jennifer Arlin served as a Senior Court Attorney in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, and as a Motions Law Clerk in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit, assisting state and federal judges in reviewing and deciding hundreds of cases and substantive motions. Her experience also includes federal and state trial, appellate, and regulatory work for the Manhattan firms of Davis Polk & Wardwell, Kelley Drye & Warren, and Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.
