Jasmine Hernandez is a powerhouse bilingual Spanish-speaking attorney based in Westchester, New York specializing in Family and Matrimonial Law with a certification to represent children in Court. Mrs. Hernandez has her own law practice in White Plains, New York, the Law Office of Jasmine Hernandez. Mrs. Hernandez is a Puerto Rican and Ecuadorian proud Bronx native who is passionate about serving her community. 

Mrs. Hernandez is very passionate about family law. She focuses most of her family law practice on protecting a parent from a co-parent’s efforts to alienate the children; protecting and preserving the rights of a non-custodial parent, and drafting complex agreements that outline equitable distribution, child support, and visitation at the dissolution of a relationship. From visitation, custody, child support, spousal support, property distribution, and enforcement actions, she is experienced in advocacy, mediation, and in the resolution of personal family matters that are often stressful and need urgent attention. 

Mrs. Hernandez’s dedication to the families in Westchester extends outside the courtroom with her deep-rooted commitment to her community. Since the inception of her law practice in 2015, she has received multiple awards for her excellence in the field of Family and Matrimonial Law including the 2021 and 2022 award for ‘Rising Star Super Lawyer’. Mrs. Hernandez is an active member of the 9th Judicial District Committee: Access to Justice, elected board member for Westchester Institution of Human Development, elected board member for 914 United, annual host for Collective For A Cause Yonkers Annual Coat Drive, member of the Westchester County Bar Association, member of Omega Phi Beta Sorority, and numerous other committees and projects dedicated to promoting best practices in family law and matrimonial litigation and alternate dispute resolution, all with the intended purpose to promote the best interest of the child.
