Ms. Caldwell is an Adjunct Professor and teaches Natural Resources Law and Water Rights Law. Prior to joining Pace Law, Ms. Caldwell worked in-house at First Environment where she supported forensic, toxic tort and environmental fate and transport experts. She also developed CERCLA sediment site allocation arguments. Prior to working at First Environment, Ms. Caldwell was an associate at N.W. Bernstein & Associates, LLC, a boutique environmental law firm. Ms. Caldwell’s work at N.W. Bernstein & Associates, LLC included representing clients in litigation regarding CERCLA, RCRA, and the NY Navigation Law.

Ms. Caldwell graduated magna cum laude from Vermont Law School in 2012. While there, she served as a Fellow of the Vermont Law School – China Partnership and a Production Editor of the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. Ms. Caldwell graduated with a B.A. from Dartmouth College.

Ms. Caldwell is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Hampshire and in federal courts in the District of New Hampshire and Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She is a member of the ABA Section on Environment, Energy, and Resources and the NYSBA Environmental and Energy Law Section.
