Dale Van Demark is a partner in the Health Industry Advisory Practice and co-chair of the Digital Health practice at McDermott Will & Emery. His practice focuses on strategic transaction in the health care provider, digital health, managed care and life sciences sub-sectors, and advising digital health programs and organizations on strategic, policy and regulatory matters. He also has extensive experience advising clients on US in-bound and out-bound expansion in the health sector.
