Brian Fitzgerald is an Assistant District Attorney in Westchester County.  After joining the District Attorney’s Office in 2006, Mr. Fitzgerald served most of his career in the Investigations Division in the Economic Crimes Bureau and the Public Integrity Bureau.  There, he investigated and prosecuted a range of criminal offenses including those involving white collar crime, identity theft, mortgage fraud, and public corruption.  Mr. Fitzgerald also lectured for the National District Attorney’s Association and the New York State Prosecutor’s Training Institute.

In 2015, Mr. Fitzgerald also began serving the Elisabeth Haub School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Program as a team coach; working with students to further develop their advocacy skills through inter-scholastic mock trial competitions. 

Prior to joining the legal profession, Mr. Fitzgerald was a high school mathematics teacher and athletics coach.
