Summer funding for unpaid public sector positions comes from our annual PILSO (Public Interest Law Students organization) Online Auction.  The Online Auction will be open in early March, and funding applicants must secure 2 donated items to be auctioned off – we will help you get started!  Simply email Auction Co-Rep, Nicolette Pellegrino, to be assigned items to procure. (Students are also welcome to utilize their own contacts or resources to obtain items but must still contact Nicolette to obtain prior approval to avoid multiple students contacting the same vendor).

**The PILC Public Interest Summer Fellowship is a competitive grant program that funds students working at full-time unpaid, off-campus public interest summer internships for which they are NOT receiving academic credit. Applicants are not guaranteed funding. The fellowship cannot fund work at for-profit law firms or institutions, lobbying organizations or judicial internships/clerkships.

For more details on application procedures, as well as applicant and placement eligibility, please review the application. Contact the Public Interest Law Center with any questions at publicinterest@law.pace.edu or 914-422-4355.
