October 18, 2005 Rochester Democrat and Chronicle: Article discusses how the Pace Law School Energy Project and Environmental Advocates of New York have created a web site that offers price comparisons, as well as ratings on how much power is provided by renewable sources and how the overall environmental impact compares to other options.

October 13, 2005 The Journal News: Professor Nicholas Robinson was quoted in an article commenting on a plan to create an Environmental Crimes Bureau with an in house training department that was proposed by a candidate for district attorney of Westchester.

September 18, 2005 - Newsday: Article "When the Gamble Goes Bad" discusses Pace University School of Law’s securities and arbitration clinic. 

September 17, 2005 - Newsday: Professor Barbara Black was quoted in the article "When the gamble goes bad: Law students at free clinics help investors fight for money they entrusted to brokers -and lost " regarding free law school clinics ability to help investment clients. 

September 16, 2005 - New York Law Journal: Article "Pace Opens Doors to Foreign Tulane Law Students" discusses how in the aftermath of hurricane Katrina, Mark R. Shulman, director of the graduate program at Pace Law, contacted Tulane officials to welcome stranded students to White Plains. Included in this group were three foreign attorneys who were pursing master degrees in environmental studies. Mr. Shulman, coordinated emergency scholastic transfers with help from the American Bar Association. "On the Tuesday morning after Labor Day, they showed up at my office. We got them class schedules, books and housing and computer accounts. And we notified Homeland Security as to where they were."

September 12, 2005 New York Law Journal: Professor John R. Nolan and Jessica A. Bacher co-wrote an article, "New York Case Law Reaches Maturity," discussing several New York Court of Appeals decisions regarding land use. The decisions cover many areas of law from regulatory takings to zoning and planning. 

September 5, 2005 - Journal News: Professors Bennet Gershman and Burton Leiser are both quoted discussing the death of Chief Justice William Rehnquist in the article "Rehnquist's Death Brings Uncertainty."
