Through online job postings, Fall and Spring Recruitment, and our annual Winter Career Fair, employers have numerous opportunities to connect with talented and motivated Pace Law students and graduates.

Pace Law School Annual Winter Career Fair
The Center for Career and Professional Development sponsors an annual career fair every March. This free event brings together local public, private and government employers with Pace Law students and recent graduates on our law school campus located in White Plains, NY. Employers have the opportunity to promote and market their organization, accept resumes and speak with students and alums, while students have the opportunity to learn about a variety of legal areas and career paths.

Recruiting Opportunities
Our Fall On-Campus recruitment program begins in late August and runs through mid-November.  Employers generally conduct interviews on our White Plains campus; however, we can also make arrangements for interviews to be held at the Pace University facility in midtown Manhattan. Student application materials are emailed to employers approximately 3 weeks prior to the scheduled interview date.  Employers decide which candidates they would like to interview.  Employers may choose between a full-day or half-day interview schedule, and 20 or 30 minute time slots.  Free parking and private interview rooms are available. Please note that interview dates are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Employers who are unable to interview on campus but would like to review materials from our students may register for our Resume Collection Program. Requested student materials will be collected and sent by the specified deadline. Employers may then contact the students directly to set up interviews.

Our Spring Recruitment Program follows the same logistics as above, but runs from late February through April.
