Law School ID Card

Prior to the start of school, all new students, new staff and new faculty should stop by the ID Office located in Aloysia Hall first floor to be photographed for an ID card. The Pace ID card is valid with a student sticker that must be placed on the card once you receive it in the mail. The sticker for students will be mailed every semester once your tuition and fees are paid in full. If you do not get a sticker in the mail, please stop by our office and we will supply one for you. For staff and faculty, stickers will be provided to you once a year at the ID office. This ID card is also used for your meal plans, printing money and as a dorm swipe key for dorm students.

New students will be receiving a Pace One Card in the mail from Higher One card services. This is not an ID card but is a debit card that you can opt to have your loan refunds credited to. You will also have the option to have the refunds sent to your own bank account or as a paper check. A letter will be sent with the information on how to activate the card and or chose your refund option.

Current students (except for dorm students) will be allowed to keep their existing One Card as their id but if you would like, please stop by and we will give you a new Law School ID card.

A Pace Alumni ID card, with photo and a valid sticker, is necessary to access Pace Law School and Pace University campuses (including the Pace Law Library and Pace University's libraries). Access to the campus is permitted from 8:30 AM –- 11:00 PM. Facility access is valid through the academic year and is terminated automatically on August 31. Pace Law School alumni may obtain a Pace Alumni ID Card by filling out a patron information form available at the circulation desk of the Pace Law Library in the Gerber Glass Law Center and providing valid identification. Alumni must bring the completed form to the ID Office to receive the actual card.

All members of Pace University, including the Law School, must register their vehicles through the ID Office.  In order to improve safety and security on campus, to permit emergency notifications and to maintain the integrity of our traffic program, we require that students, staff and faculty register any car they will be parking on campus. The ID Office is located on the first floor of Aloysia Hall. The office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. After office hours, all requests for decals, new, or renewals can be made through the Office of Safety and Security located on the first floor of Preston Hall. If the Office of Safety and Security must close for an emergency, the Office of Student Services will send out an e-mail communication.
