Graduate Program Staff

Cecilia Caldeira Frain is the Director of International Affairs and Graduate Programs and an Adjunct Professor of Law at Pace Law.  She received her Bachelor's degree from Bryn Mawr College and graduated from Saint Louis University with her JD in 2011.  She currently teaches Introduction to the American Legal System to our graduate students. +1 (914) 422-4670

Jason J. Czarnezki is the Gilbert and Sarah Kerlin Distinguished Professor of Environmental Law and Executive Director of Environmental Law Programs at Pace Law. Prior to joining the Pace Law faculty, Professor Czarnezki was Professor of Law in the Environmental Law Center at Vermont Law School and Faculty Director of the U.S.-China Partnership for Environmental Law. Cynthia Pittson is the Head of Reference Services at Pace Law Library and an Adjunct Professor of Law.  She received her Bachelor's degree and MLS from Rutgers University. She graduated from the evening program at Pace Law with her JD in 2003. Prior to coming to Pace Law in 2000, she worked for the HW Wilson Company, a database publisher in New York. She currently teaches Introduction to US Legal Writing and Research to our graduate students.  +1 (914) 422-4482

Alix Cotumaccio is the Associate Director of Environmental Law Programs. Alix has over 15 years of experience in environmental policy, natural resrouces management, and education. She graduated from Pace Law with a JD and certificates in environmental and international law in 2013. She also has an MA in international environmental policy from the Monterey Institute of International Studies, MSEd in science education from Lehman College, and BS in environmental science from the University of Massachussetts.  She is a member of the State Bar of Connecticut.  +1 (914) 422-4693 

Deborah Zipf, a graduate of Middlebury College, is active in local non-profit advocacy organizations and city political groups. She comes to Pace Law from employment in the arts world and formerly managed her own business as a parliamentarian.
