Professor Samantha Noda is the founder and principal of the Law Office of Samantha French Noda, a New York law firm providing counseling and representation on all varieties of intellectual property matters.  Previously, Professor Noda was an associate with the New York Office of Quinn, Emanuel, Urquhart, Oliver & Hedges LLP, where she practiced patent litigation with a particular emphasis on Hatch-Waxman litigation.
